  Best place to stay in Bangkok for pleasure and business both.

  Love this hotel. Location is perfect next to Central world the major mall and Paragon mall with IMAX across the road. Great interior design with spacious rooms located above 27th floors and Bangkok view from rooms are amazing. Pool are and pool view great. The room is very quiet, has separate dressing room, restroom and shower and bath are all separate and has 1 washbasins which was great because we were family of 4. Family room for 4 people was great as it had 2 king beds. I am very glad that found this hotel, will stay there again when in Bangkok.

  Nice journey in Centara Siam, Bangkok

  Our family had the nice days in Centara Grand at Central World, Siam, Bangkok. The Family Suit Room was perfect. Breakfast buffet were good. We had a wonderful dinner at Red Sky Bar with the Love Share foods. We hope to comeback here again soon.

  Magificent Stay

  I had a pleasant stay at Centara Grand at Central World. The service is exceptional and the room is spacious and cozy with high new technology equipped. I am at the suite room where I earned the benefit of the club floor as well. Very dedicated, private and good for relaxing. Had dinne at one of the restaurant "Uno Mas" exceptional with traditional tapas and the great dish of Gambas Pil Pil. Would definitely gop back there again soon.

  Great Location & Pleasant Stays

  Hotel is located on a great location, accessible to the shopping mall and nearby area. However, the lift from parking lot to hotel and lobby is set apart, quite challenging for non-locals. For Business stays, accessing public transportation from the hotel can be quite challenging when not using local taxi. Walking from hotel to Pratunam or skytrain is not friendly, and can be difficult for non-locals.

  The waiting time for the lift is too long. The services of front desk is not up to standard. Room is clean and comfortable. Food is nice. The view of the rooftop bar is amazing Overall experience is ok

  Great location and room

  The hotel is situated conveniently in the heart of the shopping district in Bangkok, and is linked to CentralwoRld Mall thru the Bangkok Convention Centre (carpark). Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in the Family Premium room. :)

  3N stay

  Good service despite that we might not get 100% staff on board due to COVID. When we requested for something from room service and it came within 10mins which is consider rather fast! Super friendly front desk staff. The only thing is is you head out before 10am you need to take the lift to the 1st floor as the connection to the mall dont open till 10am.

  I posted an extensive review in February that provides clarity about the level of this hotel The hotel has adapted and renovated its club lounge and has succeeded very well. It is excellent and has achieved a high standard of taste quality. a point of attention is the central lobby, the service has become less after the Covid period. The bellboys are sloppy and often no one is present, which is a pity.

  Excellent Services & Good Location

  Great location and easily accessible to many places via BTS. Hotel well maintained and very clean, services and staff are excellent. A chill out at their Red sky bar is great due to it’s spectacular view.

  Good hotel for traveling with kids..

  Convenience location to access CentralWorld, Platinum Mall, Big C, Siam Paragon, 4-faced buddha. Breakfast spread excellent and kids enjoyed their meals during the stay. Staff are very friendly and mostly can speak and understand English.

  Central location and a good place to stay

  Stayed in this hotel many time previously. They had renovated the rooms since them. Stayed in the Premium Family Room with 2 big king size beds. Room is clean and staff are helpful. It is also very centrally located and have ease of access to many shoppjng malls.

  Business stay perfect

  Location is perfect if staying in city for business. Easy to use all means of transportation from location. Extensive shopping in area. Great supermarket in Centara center and lots of Japanese foos stores. Selection of restaurants and cafes at Centara Central Wotld ste endless. Strongly recommended.

  Staff at the hotel are well trained ,very helpful and professional. Room at tip top condition, Choices for breakfast is aplenty. easy access to shopping mall and its very convenient. Need to have kitchen servicing in house quest hours extended, it closes too early for in room dining

  Great location, one step to Central world shopping malls

  Love the room, very clean and spacious. Large window in Club Hollywood room type gave the great view of the city, especially at night. Great variety of breakfast as expected from Centara. Checking-in still needs a couple hours of waitting for the higher floor option (was checked in 16:00) Similar waitting time spent at Centara grand mirage at Pattaya before Covid.

  Back in Bkk

  Hotel of choice - Ive been staying at this hotel most of the time I am in Bagkok- well appointed rooms, access to the biggest shopping mall, center of Bangkok just dont order room service, I suggest you eat out or buy outside and eat it at the hotel. Request for an English speaking staff. Also dont leave anything behind.Their lost and found department is lost hahahaha

  Best Hotel to stay in Bangkok

  The hotel is tastefully renovated. The family room is very spacious and a nice dressing area where you can put your luggage, like a walk in wardrobe. The service from everyone is Fantastic. The breakfast buffet spread, the location is great. Highly recommended place to stay. This shall be the hotel to stay whenever we are visiting Bangkok.
